iRep is a flexible and user-friendly compare/synchronization tool that can replicate folder changes across your network to synchronize two or more folders at a time. It comes with 5 built in sync actions: Backup, Mirror, Merge, Distribute and Collect; and allows users to create their own custom sync actions.
